At the same time, she has taken on the role of leader of NIL IN. <\/h3>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Role at NIL IN<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her new role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of NIL IN\u2019s programs. Their aim is the practical deployment of innovation in healthcare. These activities support collaboration between physicians and the women and men leading change in shaping the future of medical care.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience and Competencies<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma\u0142gorzata Wywrot has been associated with the Polish Chamber of Physicians and Dentists since 2023. Within NIL IN, she has been developing community-building initiatives.
