Małgorzata Wywrot, Head of NIL IN and Manager of Healthcare Innovation Programs

Since January 1, Małgorzata Wywrot has served as the Manager of Health Innovation Programs at NIL IN – the Network of Innovator Physicians at the Polish Chamber of Physicians and Dentists. At the same time, she has taken on the role of leader of NIL IN.

New Role at NIL IN

In her new role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of NIL IN’s programs. Their aim is the practical deployment of innovation in healthcare. These activities support collaboration between physicians and the women and men leading change in shaping the future of medical care.

Experience and Competencies

Małgorzata Wywrot has been associated with the Polish Chamber of Physicians and Dentists since 2023. Within NIL IN, she has been developing community-building initiatives. She has also coordinated projects supporting physicians implementing modern solutions in medicine.

Professionally, she focuses on projects in the following areas:

healthcare innovation,
communication,
education.

In addition, she works on developing communication skills and emotional intelligence among medical professionals.
